To proceed to purchase, please click on the button buy next to the item selected. Registration will be required. The shipping and handling costs will automatically be calculated, and if you are intended to proceed with the purchase you will select the payment type.

You can also calculate the costs without registration, simply clicking on the link "calculate the shipping costs", below every item in our catalogue.

In order to purchase an instrument, you can pay using any of the methods below.

  • Cash
    You will pay the courier directly when the package arrives. This means has a 2% additional fee to the cost of goods, plus shipping costs. Recommended for all inexpensive instruments and for those who want to receive the goods quickly.
  • Banking transfer
    To be credited to our account: this method does not have added taxes or charges, but you may need to wait 2 to 3 working days before the parcel may leave our shop.
  • Credit card

  •  It is possible to pay by credit card or Postpay. This method has an additional fee of 2% to be added to the price of the instrument, plus shipping costs. Recommended for not very expensive items, to those who want a quick delivery and to those who wish to delay the payment being taken out of their checking account.
  • Paypal
  • Paypal is the method most used by Ebay and allows for easy, fast and safe management of transactions. Recommended for all inexpensive instruments and for those who want to receive the goods quickly.

  • Down payments or other means
    Down payments are accepted with credit cards, postpay and paypal for an instrument directly at this link. Before putting down a payment, please contact us.




 

Every online purchase will automatically be completed with the shipping costs, as well as taxes for payment terms. Nevertheless, here below we are pleased to provide some useful information.

Costs are always at purchaser's expense. Shipping costs are around €25 for packages up to 30 kg. (+ 30% for Calabria and Italian islands); with approx. 48 hrs. delivery time.

No delivery will be until the bank transfer has been received for the purchased instrument. In order to speed up all packaging procedures, we suggest sending us a copy of the banking transfer receipt via e-mail.

Guarantees

Purchased instruments with the CE mark will be guaranteed for 1 year after the purchase.

Vintage instruments without CE label will be sold as "antiques", but they are still guaranteed up to 3 months anyway.

All new instruments and will be guaranteed for 2 years.

Note: no guarantee is being offered on any kind of speaker. Any instrument with cones or tweeters must be tested and checked in our shop and only this test here in our shop will be guaranteed. Should you be shipping your instrument, please contact our staff by phone.
